All our manufacturing, in an unbroken chain from processing of wire to painting and other finishing, is under constant quality supervision. Therefore all our products have a high and consistent ASTON quality.

Besides having implemented systems that document everything in the development and design phase, we check all incoming goods and monitor our production continuously to make sure that each delivery makes us proud.

The quality control is performed according to international norms, but in several cases stricter ASTON norms have been applied, for example for drill performance.

Equipment such as Salt Spray Chambers, Drill Performance tester, X-ray machine, Torque Wrenches, OES – Optical Emission Spectrometry, Hardness Tester, UV-equipment, Tension Testing equipment, etc. are at our disposal to ensure high quality for all products.
